Mission
Essential Oils are a wonderful way to a healthier way of life. I want everyone to understand how and why Essential Oils can benefit us all. There is so much going on in the world. Wouldn't it be good to just stop and smell the roses. Let me educate the medical benefits of smelling the roses. Sometimes we just need to take a step back in time. Our forefathers/medicine men/herbalist weren't that far off to a healthier way of life.
My Background
I am a Certified Aromatherapist. I began my journey over 15 years ago when a friend introduced me to Essential oils.
It so happened that one day i was not feeling well. She gave me a essential oil blend. Within a 1/2 hour i was active, feeling better and over all in a great mood. Since i have asthma i thought this would be a great help. So started my journey in learning about Essential Oils. In my research over the years i have taken my asthma from 8 to 10 attacks a year with hospitalization's to 1 to 2 a year without. My daughter encouraged me the go back to school. So 5 years ago i decided to get my Certification to see if i can't help others on this path. It was the best decision i ever made. And what an education i learned.
